These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of stuffed-peppers.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Stuffed Peppers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization, and that you meet the requirements of our Research Use Policy.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. You agree not to use, resell, or represent any product for any other purpose.

3. No medical advice

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes about research materials only and is not medical advice. We make no representations about safety, efficacy, or dosage for any use in humans or animals.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, pricing or listing errors, or failure to receive payment. Zelle orders remain On Hold until payment is confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept PayPal and Zelle. Payment information entered through PayPal is processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your card or bank details.

6. Shipping, refunds, and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and returns by our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Buyer responsibility and indemnification

You assume all responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of products after delivery, and for compliance with all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stuffed Peppers from any claims arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Affiliate program

Participation in our affiliate program is subject to approval and to the affiliate guidelines on our Affiliate Program page. We may suspend any affiliate account that violates these Terms or our Research Use Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
