This Privacy Policy explains what information Stuffed Peppers (“we”, “us”) collects when you use stuffed-peppers.com, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy — needed to process and ship your order.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
  • Payment information: PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store full card or bank details. For Zelle, we see only the payment details your bank shares with us, such as sender name and memo.
  • Messages: information you send us through the contact form or email. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox and are not stored on the website.
  • Affiliate information: if you join our affiliate program, your account details and referral statistics.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies needed for the Site to work:

  • Age confirmation (sp_age21_ok): remembers that you confirmed you are 21+, so the age check doesn’t reappear. It stores no personal information.
  • Cart and session cookies set by WooCommerce to keep your cart and checkout working.
  • Affiliate referral cookie: records which affiliate referred your visit, so the right partner is credited.
  • Payment cookies set by PayPal when you use PayPal checkout.

How we use information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order-related emails, credit affiliates for referred sales, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store — such as our web host, payment processor (PayPal), and shipping carriers — and when required by law.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete account information that we’re not required to keep.

You can access or update your account details from My Account, or email us to request a copy or deletion of your personal information.

Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we don’t knowingly collect information from minors.
