1. Intended use

Products offered on stuffed-peppers.com are research chemicals and reference materials supplied exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. No medical or usage claims

Nothing on this website — including product names, descriptions, specifications, FAQs, or communications from our team — is a claim about safety, efficacy, dosage, or suitability for any use in humans or animals. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We do not provide, and will not respond to requests for, dosing, administration, or usage guidance.

3. Buyer eligibility

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;
• you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization, with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely;
• you will use the products solely for lawful laboratory research and not for human or veterinary consumption; and
• your purchase, possession, and use of the products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

You’ll be asked to confirm these terms at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order if we believe these conditions are not met.

4. Handling and storage

Products should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory safety practices and personal protective equipment. Storage conditions printed on product labels (refrigerate at 2–8 °C; do not freeze) are provided for material integrity only.

5. Responsibility

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of products after delivery. Stuffed Peppers is not liable for any misuse of its products or for use contrary to this policy.

6. Affiliates and resellers

Affiliates and any third parties referencing our products must follow this policy and must not make medical, dosage, efficacy, or human-use claims.
